Job Summary

AccurateEntry Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Capturer to join our administrative support team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals who are eager to build a career in office administration, data management, and clerical support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company records, ensuring that all documentation and data systems remain organized and up to date. This role requires excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.

As a Data Capturer, you will work closely with multiple departments, supporting daily administrative operations while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Capture, update, and maintain company data in internal systems and databases.
  • Verify information before entering it into company records.
  • Organize, sort, and file physical and digital documents.
  • Scan, copy, and archive important business documents.
  • Review entered data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Assist with document retrieval and record management when requested.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive company information.
  • Prepare routine reports, spreadsheets, and administrative records.
  • Support office staff with general clerical and administrative duties.
  • Identify data discrepancies and report issues to supervisors promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma, Grade 12 certificate, or equivalent qualification.
  • Certificate or training in office administration or computer applications is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of data entry processes and office administration.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and email systems.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong keyboarding and typing speed with high accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Experience

  • Previous data entry, administration, or clerical experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Entry-level candidates with strong computer literacy are encouraged to apply.
  • Internship, volunteer, or academic administrative experience will be considered an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position.
  • Monday to Friday.
  • Standard office hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (may vary depending on operational requirements).
  • Occasional overtime may be required during peak business periods.
