Key Responsibilities

Transcribe audio and video recordings into clear, accurate written documents
Review and edit transcriptions for grammar, punctuation, and formatting consistency
Ensure timely completion of assigned transcription tasks
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Follow company guidelines and transcription standards
Conduct basic research when necessary to ensure accuracy of terminology
Manage and organize transcription files efficiently

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
Excellent typing speed with high accuracy
Strong listening and comprehension skills
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Word or similar tools
