Job Summary
Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Digital Content Encoder / Tagging Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about digital content management, data accuracy, and metadata tagging. The successful candidate will be responsible for categorizing, labeling, and organizing digital content to ensure optimal searchability, accessibility, and user experience across platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately encode, tag, and categorize digital content such as articles, images, videos, and other media assets.

Maintain consistency in metadata standards and tagging guidelines across all content.

Review and validate content for quality, accuracy, and completeness before publishing.

Collaborate with content creators, editors, and technical teams to improve tagging processes.

Update and manage content databases and ensure proper indexing for easy retrieval.

Identify gaps or inconsistencies in content taxonomy and recommend improvements.

Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates).

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.

Basic understanding of content management systems (CMS) and digital platforms.

Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Experience

Working Hours

Full-time position

Standard shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (may vary based on project requirements)
