Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily e-commerce order fulfillment and shipping activities across multiple vendors and warehouses
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability aligns with demand forecasts
• Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, damages, or delivery issues
• Communicate with logistics partners, courier services, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate shipment records, logistics reports, and delivery performance metrics
• Support returns management and reverse logistics processes
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to optimize delivery timelines and costs
• Ensure compliance with regional shipping regulations and company logistics policies
• Assist in implementing logistics tools, software, and tracking systems

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of e-commerce logistics and supply chain operations
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and coordination skills (written and verbal)
