Job Summary
Laptech Spare World is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic E-commerce Operations & Packing Assistant to support our growing online business operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, reliable, and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences through efficient order processing and accurate packaging. The successful candidate will play an essential role in managing day-to-day e-commerce activities, inventory coordination, order fulfillment, and shipment preparation.
This position requires someone who can work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities

Process daily online orders received through multiple e-commerce platforms and company sales channels.

Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for dispatch with accuracy and care.

Ensure products are packed securely to prevent damage during shipping.

Verify product details, quantities, and shipping information before dispatch.

Coordinate with courier partners and shipping vendors for timely pickups and deliveries.

Update order tracking details and shipment status in internal systems.

Manage stock movement, inventory updates, and product availability records.

Assist in receiving, checking, and organizing incoming stock.

Support product listing updates, pricing changes, and online catalog maintenance.

Handle basic customer order-related inquiries regarding dispatch, returns, or exchanges.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing and storage area.

Follow company packaging standards and operational procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma, undergraduate degree, or equivalent qualification preferred.

Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations, online marketplaces, or warehouse handling.

Familiarity with computer systems, spreadsheets, and order management software.

Ability to handle packages, organize inventory, and perform repetitive operational tasks.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Experience

0–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, packing, logistics, warehouse support, or retail operations preferred.

Freshers with strong learning ability and a positive work attitude are encouraged to apply.

Experience working with online platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, or similar marketplaces will be an advantage.
Working Hours

Standard shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (may vary based on operational requirements)
