Job Summary
IT Sight Technologies is seeking a results-driven and analytical E-commerce Revenue Strategist to lead growth initiatives across our Shopify-based digital storefronts. This fully remote role is ideal for a professional who thrives at the intersection of data, marketing, and customer experience. You will be responsible for optimizing revenue performance, improving conversion rates, and identifying scalable opportunities to drive sustainable growth in a competitive e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive revenue growth strategies for Shopify stores.

Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization.

Optimize conversion funnels, including product pages, checkout processes, and landing pages.

Collaborate with marketing teams to align paid campaigns, email marketing, and SEO with revenue goals.

Implement A/B testing strategies to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average order value (AOV), customer lifetime value (CLV), and cart abandonment rates.

Manage pricing strategies, promotions, and discount structures to maximize profitability.

Work closely with design and development teams to enhance Shopify store performance and UX/UI.

Stay updated with e-commerce trends, tools, and Shopify platform updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven expertise in managing and optimizing Shopify-based e-commerce platforms.

Strong analytical skills with experience in tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and other BI tools.

Solid understanding of digital marketing channels including PPC, email marketing, and SEO.

Experience with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) methodologies and tools.

Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce strategy, digital marketing, or revenue optimization.
