Job Summary

OneTech Associates is seeking a highly analytical and forward-thinking E-commerce Warehouse Strategist to lead the optimization of remote logistics and fulfillment operations. This role is pivotal in designing efficient warehouse strategies that align with the fast-paced demands of e-commerce distribution. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights, technology, and industry best practices to enhance inventory flow, reduce operational costs, and improve delivery performance across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic warehouse and fulfillment models to support e-commerce growth.
Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
Design scalable logistics frameworks for remote and distributed warehouse operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, operations, and IT to streamline workflows.
Optimize inventory management systems to ensure accuracy, availability, and reduced holding costs.
Evaluate and integrate warehouse technologies such as WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and automation tools.
Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, fulfillment speed, and cost per shipment.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
Assess third-party logistics (3PL) partners and negotiate performance standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of e-commerce logistics and warehouse operations.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience

Minimum 4–7 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics strategy, or supply chain management.
Proven track record in e-commerce or retail fulfillment environments.
Experience working with remote or multi-location warehouse setups is highly preferred.
Prior experience in process optimization or automation initiatives is an advantage.

Working Hours

Fully remote role with flexible working hours.
