Job Summary
OneTech Associates is seeking a creative and detail-oriented E-learning Content Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality digital learning materials for corporate education programs. This remote role involves collaborating with subject matter experts and instructional designers to transform complex business concepts into engaging, interactive, and learner-centered content. Key Responsibilities

Design and develop interactive e-learning modules, courses, and assessments for corporate training programs

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and structure learning content

Convert raw training materials into engaging instructional content using e-learning authoring tools

Create storyboards, scripts, and visual learning assets aligned with instructional design principles

Ensure content is aligned with learning objectives, corporate standards, and branding guidelines

Integrate multimedia elements such as videos, animations, quizzes, and simulations

Review and update existing e-learning content to maintain accuracy and relevance
-
Test and troubleshoot e-learning modules for usability and functionality across platforms

Maintain documentation for all instructional design and development processes
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or related field

Proficiency in e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms

Strong understanding of instructional design models (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, etc.)

Excellent written communication and content structuring skills

Ability to translate complex topics into simple, engaging learning materials

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Strong attention to detail and visual design sense

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Experience
-
1–4 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or corporate training content creation

Experience working with remote teams or global stakeholders is an advantage

Portfolio of e-learning projects or sample modules is highly desirable
