Job Description

Job Summary

DigiHelp Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Email Support Executive to join our remote support team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer queries through email, ensuring timely and accurate responses while maintaining a high level of professionalism. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Follow company guidelines, policies, and service standards.
  • Identify recurring customer concerns and suggest process improvements.
  • Manage multiple email threads simultaneously while maintaining quality responses.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with email platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Experience

  • Minimum 0โ€“2 years of experience in customer support or email/chat support roles.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in a remote or BPO environment is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts (including rotational shifts if required).
  • 5-day work week with rotational off days.
  • Fully remote/work-from-home opportunity.
