Job Summary

FreshHelp Services is seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Associate to join our growing team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring that every interaction reflects professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone, email, live chat, and messaging platforms.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, account updates, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and service-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Escalate complex customer issues to supervisors or specialized departments when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer interaction records in CRM systems.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Process service requests, account modifications, refunds, and general administrative support tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
  • Meet individual and team performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Stay updated on company services, procedures, and customer service best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification required.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with email, spreadsheets, and office applications.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong active listening and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Willingness to learn company systems, products, and procedures.

Experience

  • Entry-level position; prior experience is not mandatory.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, call center operations, or administrative support is beneficial but not required.
  • Internship, volunteer work, or campus leadership experience involving customer interaction will be considered an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
  • Standard shifts may range between 8 to 9 hours per day.
  • Flexible scheduling options including morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts based on business needs.
