Job Summary
GALTech School of Technology is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Admissions Partner to support student enrollment during evening and night shifts. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in communication, sales-oriented engagement, and building meaningful connections with prospective students. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in guiding candidates through the admissions process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience while meeting enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective students via phone, email, chat, and virtual meetings during assigned shifts

Provide detailed information about courses, certifications, and career pathways offered by the institution

Assess applicants’ educational background and career goals to recommend suitable programs

Guide candidates through the entire admissions process, from inquiry to enrollment

Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets

Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to ensure alignment of messaging and offerings

Address queries, concerns, and objections professionally to convert leads into enrollments
Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities

Basic computer proficiency, including CRM tools and MS Office applications

Experience

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in admissions counseling, telecalling, sales, or customer support
