Job Summary
Red Learning Academy is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Evening PMP Certification & Strategy Trainer to deliver high-quality Project Management Professional (PMP®) training sessions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding working professionals and aspiring project managers through PMP exam preparation while strengthening their strategic project management capabilities. This role demands an engaging trainer who can simplify complex PMP concepts and connect theory with real-world project execution practices.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver structured PMP certification training sessions in evening batches (online or classroom as required)

Facilitate learning on PMI frameworks, PMBOK® Guide concepts, and agile project management practices

Design and update training materials aligned with current PMP exam patterns

Conduct mock tests, assessments, and personalized feedback sessions

Provide strategic insights into project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder engagement

Mentor learners to improve exam readiness and practical project management skills

Track learner progress and maintain training reports

Ensure high engagement through interactive teaching methods, case studies, and real-world examples
Required Skills and Qualifications

Certified PMP® (mandatory) or equivalent PMI certification

Strong understanding of PMBOK® Guide and Agile methodologies

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to train adult learners and working professionals

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in virtual training tools (Zoom, LMS platforms, etc.)

Ability to create engaging learning content and case-based teaching modules
Experience

Minimum 3–7 years of experience in project management or PMP training

Prior experience as a corporate trainer, consultant, or academic instructor preferred

Experience handling PMP exam preparation batches is an advantage
Working Hours

Part-time / Evening Shift
-
Typically between 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST

Flexible schedule based on batch requirements

Weekend sessions may be required occasionally
