Job Summary
Red Learning Academy is seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly knowledgeable Evening PMP Certification Trainer to join our professional education team. This role is ideal for a project management expert who is passionate about teaching, mentoring, and helping professionals achieve globally recognized project management certifications.
As a PMP Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact training sessions to working professionals, graduates, and corporate learners in an engaging virtual or classroom environment. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in project management methodologies, strong communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for learners from diverse professional backgrounds.
This position requires evening availability, making it suitable for professionals who prefer flexible teaching opportunities or are looking to expand their consulting and training portfolio.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive PMP certification training sessions aligned with the latest Project Management Institute standards and examination framework.

Design, update, and improve course materials, presentations, assignments, mock tests, and learning resources.

Explain project management frameworks, processes, tools, and techniques in an interactive and practical manner.

Conduct live doubt-clearing sessions, workshops, and exam preparation activities.

Assess learner progress through quizzes, assignments, and mock examinations.

Provide one-on-one mentoring and guidance to participants preparing for certification exams.

Track learner attendance, participation, and performance metrics.

Stay updated with changes in project management standards, certification requirements, and industry best practices.

Collaborate with academic and operations teams to enhance learning outcomes and student satisfaction.

Support marketing or webinar initiatives by conducting demo sessions when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Operations, or a related discipline.

PMP certification from the Project Management Institute is mandatory.

Additional certifications such as Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma are highly preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Strong presentation, facilitation, and classroom management abilities.

Proficiency in virtual training tools, presentation software, and online learning platforms.

Ability to create engaging learning experiences for adult professionals.

Strong analytical, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
Experience
-
Minimum 3–7 years of hands-on project management experience in industries such as IT, manufacturing, consulting, construction, healthcare, or finance.

Minimum 2+ years of training, coaching, or corporate teaching experience preferred.

Experience training PMP aspirants with proven student success rates is highly desirable.

Experience handling online, hybrid, or classroom training sessions is an advantage.
Working Hours

Evening Shift: 8:30 PM onwards

Flexible part-time or contract-based opportunity

Weekend sessions may be scheduled based on batch requirements

Approximately 2–4 hours per session depending on course structure
