Job Summary

Grevitywings Technologies is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Evening Shift UK Survey Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting professional outbound and inbound survey interactions with customers and business participants across the United Kingdom market. You will collect valuable market insights, customer feedback, and research data that help organizations improve products, services, and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound survey calls and follow-up communications with UK-based customers, clients, and business participants.
  • Introduce survey objectives clearly and professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Record customer responses accurately within internal CRM systems and survey platforms.
  • Ensure all collected information meets quality standards and compliance requirements.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly survey completion targets.
  • Build rapport with respondents to encourage participation and honest feedback.
  • Handle objections professionally and maintain engagement during conversations.
  • Escalate technical issues, customer concerns, or unusual feedback patterns to supervisors.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and quality analysts to improve survey performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree, diploma, or equivalent educational qualification preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate confidently with international customers.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with data entry tools.
  • Strong listening, questioning, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to team goals.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer service mindset.

Experience

  • 0โ€“3 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, BPO, market research, lead generation, or survey operations preferred.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience handling UK, US, or international processes will be considered an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Evening shift aligned with UK business operations.
  • Typical shift timing: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST (may vary based on project requirements).
  • Five or six working days per week depending on business needs.
  • Weekend rotational schedules may apply.
