Job Summary
AdminPlus Services is seeking a highly organized and proactive Female Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative workflows, coordinating internal communications, and providing essential support to management and team members. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a professional approach to handling responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain office files, records, and documentation efficiently

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner

Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars for executives

Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations

Assist in office management tasks such as inventory and supplies monitoring

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Support HR and accounts team with basic administrative tasks when required
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively

Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills
Experience

1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role preferred

Freshers with strong organizational skills and willingness to learn may also apply
Working Hours

Full-time position

Monday to Saturday

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (may vary based on business needs)
