Job Summary

CallLink Support is seeking dynamic and customer-focused Female Call Center Executives to join our growing team. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment across flexible shifts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries in a timely manner
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
  • Meet daily and monthly performance targets
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Good listening skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any graduate

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is an added advantage

  • Flexible shift options: Day Shift and Night Shift
  • Rotational weekly offs
