Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics tools, making data-driven decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Strong understanding of product management principles and Agile methodologies.
Ability to work with technical teams and understand software development processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Experience

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technical or engineering-driven environment.
Prior freelance or remote project experience is highly desirable.
Experience working with SaaS products, APIs, or digital platforms is an advantage.

Working Hours
