Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a highly organized and proactive Full-Time Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support in a remote work environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations by supporting internal teams and external clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling appointments across different time zones
  • Perform data entry, file organization, and document management
  • Assist with customer support via email, chat, or phone
  • Conduct online research and compile reports or summaries
  • Handle social media management and basic content posting (if required)
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes
  • Maintain records, databases, and CRM systems
  • Support project coordination and follow-ups with team members
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of online tools such as Zoom, Slack, Trello, or similar platforms
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply
  • Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Any internship or freelance experience in administrative support will be considered a plus

Working Hours

  • Full-time position (8โ€“9 hours per day)
  • Flexible shift options depending on client or business requirements
  • Weekend availability may be required on a rotational basis
