Job Summary
Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Greenhouse Workers in Canada under an LMIA-approved program. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about agriculture, plant cultivation, and working in a dynamic, hands-on environment. As a Greenhouse Worker, you will play a vital role in the planting, nurturing, and harvesting of crops, ensuring high-quality production standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities

Plant, water, and maintain a variety of greenhouse crops including vegetables, fruits, and ornamental plants

Monitor plant health, identify pests or diseases, and assist in applying appropriate treatments

Maintain optimal greenhouse conditions such as temperature, humidity, and ventilation

Harvest crops according to quality standards and timelines

Sort, pack, and prepare produce for shipment

Operate basic farming tools and greenhouse equipment safely

Maintain cleanliness and organization within the greenhouse facility

Follow all safety and agricultural regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications

Basic understanding of agricultural or greenhouse operations (training will be provided for freshers)

Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Experience

Working Hours

Full-time position (typically 35–50 hours per week)
