Job Summary
Visit Health Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic, technology-driven, and customer-focused Healthcare Digitization & Wellness Consultant to join our growing healthcare solutions team. This role is designed for professionals who are passionate about transforming healthcare delivery through digital innovation, wellness engagement, and patient-centered solutions.
As a Healthcare Digitization & Wellness Consultant, you will work closely with healthcare providers, corporate clients, wellness partners, and internal teams to implement digital healthcare initiatives, improve patient engagement, and promote preventive healthcare solutions. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between healthcare services and technology-driven wellness platforms.
This position requires strong communication skills, healthcare domain understanding, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to manage client relationships while ensuring seamless adoption of digital healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
Healthcare Digitization

Support the implementation and adoption of digital healthcare platforms across partner organizations.

Guide hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients in integrating digital wellness and healthcare solutions.

Conduct system demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and training programs for clients and end users.

Analyze healthcare workflows and recommend digitization strategies for operational efficiency.

Assist in deployment of telemedicine, e-health, and patient engagement platforms.
Wellness Consulting

Design and recommend employee wellness programs tailored to client requirements.

Educate clients on preventive healthcare, health screenings, mental wellness, and chronic disease management solutions.

Promote health awareness initiatives and engagement campaigns.

Monitor program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers, corporate HR teams, and stakeholders.

Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, support requests, and escalations.

Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive communication and service excellence.
Data Analysis & Reporting

Track implementation metrics, engagement levels, and healthcare utilization trends.

Prepare reports, presentations, and performance dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.

Provide actionable insights based on healthcare analytics and client feedback.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with product, operations, medical, and sales teams to improve healthcare offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Public Health, Business Administration, or related fields.

Additional certifications in healthcare management, wellness coaching, digital health, or project management will be an advantage.

Strong understanding of healthcare operations, wellness programs, and digital healthcare ecosystems.

Experience

2–5 years of experience in healthcare consulting, wellness consulting, healthcare operations, digital health, or client relationship management.

Experience working with hospitals, healthcare startups, insurance companies, wellness platforms, or corporate healthcare programs is preferred.

Prior exposure to healthcare technology implementation is highly desirable.
Working Hours

Standard working schedule: 5 days per week.
