Job Summary
OneTech Associates is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all human resource functions within our fast-growing fintech division. This remote role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can align HR practices with business objectives, drive organizational effectiveness, and foster a high-performance culture in a digital-first environment. The HR Manager will play a critical role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and HR transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s fintech business goals.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
