Job Summary
OneTech Associates is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Service Delivery Associate Manager to oversee and optimize HR operations and service delivery processes. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient, accurate, and employee-centric HR services across the organization. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between HR strategy and execution, driving process improvements, managing HR service teams, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR service delivery operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, and offboarding.

Lead and mentor a team of HR service delivery professionals to ensure high performance and service excellence.

Develop and implement standardized HR processes, policies, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Monitor HR service metrics, analyze trends, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and data privacy standards.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and HR Business Partners to streamline workflows.

Handle escalations and resolve complex employee queries in a timely and professional manner.

Support digital transformation initiatives, including HRIS implementation and automation projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong understanding of HR operations and service delivery models.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in HR systems (HRIS), MS Office, and data analytics tools.

Experience

Minimum 5โ8 years of experience in HR operations or HR service delivery.

At least 2โ3 years in a managerial or team leadership role.

Experience working in shared services or global HR environments is preferred.
