Job Description

Job Summary

OneTech Associates is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Service Delivery Associate Manager to oversee and optimize HR operations and service delivery processes. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient, accurate, and employee-centric HR services across the organization. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between HR strategy and execution, driving process improvements, managing HR service teams, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and employment regulations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR service delivery operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, and offboarding.
  • Lead and mentor a team of HR service delivery professionals to ensure high performance and service excellence.
  • Develop and implement standardized HR processes, policies, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Monitor HR service metrics, analyze trends, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and data privacy standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and HR Business Partners to streamline workflows.
  • Handle escalations and resolve complex employee queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives, including HRIS implementation and automation projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations and service delivery models.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (HRIS), MS Office, and data analytics tools.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

  • Minimum 5โ€“8 years of experience in HR operations or HR service delivery.
  • At least 2โ€“3 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
  • Experience working in shared services or global HR environments is preferred.

Working Hours

  • Full-time role with standard business hours.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts depending on global HR support requirements.
