Job Summary
IT Sight Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Independent Educational Consultant to support students and institutions within the higher education ecosystem. This remote role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about academic advising, university admissions, and student success. The consultant will provide personalized guidance to prospective and current students, helping them navigate program selection, application processes, and career pathways in higher education globally.
Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one academic and career counseling to students pursuing higher education opportunities.

Guide students through university selection, application procedures, and admission requirements.

Assist in the preparation and review of application materials including SOPs, resumes, and recommendation letters.

Stay updated on global higher education trends, admission policies, and scholarship opportunities.

Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and educational partners.

Conduct virtual workshops, webinars, and information sessions for students and parents.

Offer strategic advice on course selection aligned with career goals and market demand.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, Business, or a related field.

Strong understanding of international higher education systems (US, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).

Proven ability to mentor and guide students from diverse backgrounds.

Experience

Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in educational consulting, academic advising, or admissions counseling.
