Job Summary

OneTech Associates is seeking dynamic, customer-focused, and highly motivated individuals to join the aviation and travel services team. Key Responsibilities

Cabin Crew / Air Hostess:

  • Ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight.
  • Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate safety procedures.
  • Deliver excellent in-flight customer service and hospitality.
  • Handle onboard emergencies and provide first aid when required.

Ground Staff:

  • Manage check-in counters and assist passengers with boarding procedures.
  • Verify travel documents and issue boarding passes.
  • Coordinate baggage handling and resolve passenger queries.
  • Ensure smooth airport operations and adherence to security protocols.

Air Ticketing Executive:

  • Handle ticket reservations, cancellations, and rescheduling.
  • Assist customers with fare details, travel plans, and booking systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
  • Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for updated information.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: 10+2 or equivalent (Graduate preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with booking systems (for ticketing roles).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Prior experience in aviation, hospitality, customer service, or travel industry is an added advantage.
