Job Title: Investor Relations Associate/Analyst Company: Valorem Advisors Location: Mumbai, India About the Role As an Investor Relations Associate/Analyst at Valorem Advisors, you will serve as a critical bridge between our clients and the investment community, managing communications and relationships that drive capital market success. Your day-to-day activities will involve coordinating investor meetings, preparing compelling presentations, analyzing market dynamics, and executing strategic communications campaigns for our diverse portfolio of companies. This role offers the unique opportunity to work across multiple sectors and companies, gaining exposure to different business models while developing deep expertise in how capital markets function. Key Responsibilities 1. Coordinate and organize investor roadshows, conferences, and one-on-one meetings between company executives and institutional investors, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact. 2. Prepare comprehensive investor presentations, materials, and fact books that clearly communicate company narratives, financial performance, and growth strategies to capital markets participants. 3. Monitor capital markets trends, competitor activities, and investor sentiment to provide strategic counsel to clients on optimal timing and messaging for capital market engagement. 4. Maintain and develop relationships with institutional investors, portfolio managers, and analysts, serving as the primary contact point for investor inquiries and information requests. 5. Support the creation and distribution of press releases, investor updates, and other communications that enhance brand reputation and market positioning for our clients. What We're Looking For 1. Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field with strong academic credentials and demonstrated interest in capital markets. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences. 3. Strong analytical capabilities combined with meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholder relationships simultaneously. 4. Current resident of Mumbai with availability to work full-time from our office and willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and conferences.
