Job Summary
OneTech Associates is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused, and safety-oriented individuals to join our aviation team as Flight Attendants. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about travel, hospitality, and ensuring passenger safety and comfort. As a Flight Attendant, you will serve as the face of the airline, delivering exceptional in-flight service while strictly adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and security of passengers throughout the flight by following aviation regulations and safety procedures.

Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate safety equipment usage to passengers.

Provide outstanding customer service, including serving meals, beverages, and assisting with passenger needs.

Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently, including first aid and evacuation procedures if required.

Assist passengers with boarding, seating, and luggage storage.

Maintain clear communication with the flight crew and ground staff.

Ensure cabin cleanliness and comfort during and after flights.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergencies effectively.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Basic swimming skills (as per aviation safety requirements).
Experience

Freshers are welcome; prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or travel industry is an added advantage.

Working Hours

Flexible working hours including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
