Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior UX Designer to support our agency portfolio projects in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will collaborate with senior designers, product teams, and developers to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across multiple client projects. This position is ideal for an emerging designer who is passionate about user experience, design systems, and solving real-world usability problems in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications across multiple client projects
Conduct basic user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis under senior guidance
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and journey maps
Collaborate with UI designers, developers, and project managers to ensure design consistency and feasibility
Support the maintenance and improvement of design systems and style guides
Translate business requirements into user-friendly design solutions
Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users
Assist in preparing design presentations for internal and client review

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
Basic proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
Understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design fundamentals
Strong visual design sense with attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects, academic work, or personal projects

Experience

0–2 years of experience in UX/UI design or related internships
Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply

Working Hours

Full-time remote position
Standard working hours aligned with team collaboration (flexibility may be required based on project deadlines and client needs)

Understanding of responsive design principles
Basic knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG preferred)
Ability to interpret user needs and convert them into design solutions

Awareness of current UX/UI trends and best practices
