Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end development of predictive models, including data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, modeling, and deployment.

Mentor and manage a team of data scientists and analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional growth.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business value.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Strong expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or similar platforms.
Advanced knowledge of statistical modeling, data mining, and predictive analytics techniques.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with complex datasets.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Experience

Minimum 7–10 years of experience in data science or related roles.
At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
