Job Summary
Clevered is seeking a passionate and highly motivated Live Coding Instructor to deliver engaging, interactive, and student-centered coding classes for K-12 learners. This role is ideal for educators, programmers, or technology enthusiasts who enjoy teaching young learners and inspiring the next generation of innovators.
As a Live Coding Instructor, you will conduct virtual or live interactive coding sessions, simplify technical concepts for different age groups, and create a positive learning environment that encourages creativity, curiosity, and problem-solving. You will play a vital role in helping students build foundational programming skills while developing confidence in technology and digital literacy.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct live online coding sessions for K-12 students using interactive teaching methods.

Teach programming concepts such as logic building, algorithms, computational thinking, and software development fundamentals.

Deliver lessons in programming languages such as Python, Scratch, JavaScript, or other age-appropriate technologies.

Develop lesson plans, coding exercises, project assignments, and learning activities.

Adapt teaching approaches according to student age, learning ability, and classroom engagement levels.

Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to students and parents when required.

Encourage participation, collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking during classes.

Support students in debugging code and understanding programming logic.

Maintain class records, attendance reports, and student progress updates.

Collaborate with curriculum and academic teams to improve course quality and student outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and software development concepts.

Previous teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or training experience with children or teenagers is highly preferred.

Proficiency in coding platforms and languages such as Python, Scratch, JavaScript, or block-based programming tools.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to make technical subjects fun, engaging, and easy to understand.

Comfortable using online teaching platforms, video conferencing tools, and digital classroom technologies.
Experience

1–3 years of experience in teaching, coding instruction, online education, or technical training preferred.

Experience working with K-12 students is highly desirable.

Freshers with strong technical knowledge and teaching passion may also apply.
Working Hours
