Job Summary
ShipFast PH is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Logistics Coordinator to manage and streamline daily logistics operations. The role involves coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, optimizing supply chain processes, and ensuring timely and efficient movement of goods. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between suppliers, transportation providers, warehouse teams, and customers to ensure smooth operational flow and excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations from dispatch to final delivery

Schedule shipments and ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods

Communicate with suppliers, drivers, warehouses, and customers regarding shipment status

Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and logistics documentation

Track orders and proactively resolve delivery delays or issues

Optimize routes and transportation methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Ensure compliance with company logistics policies and industry regulations

Prepare regular reports on shipment status, delays, and performance metrics

Support warehouse operations and inventory management when required
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or logistics software systems

Experience

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or warehouse coordination preferred

Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills may also be considered
Working Hours

Full-time position
-
8–9 hours per day, 5–6 days a week (depending on operational requirements)

Flexibility required during peak shipment periods or urgent deliveries
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of logistics operations, freight management, and distribution systems

Ability to analyze shipment data and improve operational efficiency

Strong decision-making and time management skills

Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders simultaneously

Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and logistics platforms is an advantage
