Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Mac OS X & Apple Device Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting Apple devices and macOS environments across both remote and on-site infrastructures. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless device performance, security compliance, and user satisfaction within a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage macOS systems, iPhones, iPads, and other Apple devices across the organization.
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain Apple hardware and software using Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement timely resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company security policies, including patch management and endpoint protection.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT infrastructure projects and upgrades.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, both remotely and on-site.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of systems, processes, and configurations.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within Apple ecosystems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in macOS administration and Apple device ecosystem.
  • Experience with MDM tools such as Jamf, Intune, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals, VPNs, and enterprise security practices.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) is an advantage.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience

  • Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in macOS and Apple device administration.
  • Proven experience in enterprise-level IT support environments.
  • Hands-on experience with device deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours with a blend of remote and on-site responsibilities.
  • Availability to support different time zones when required.
  • Occasional on-call support for critical system issues.

  • Deep understanding of Apple operating systems and device ecosystems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
