Job Summary
Building Services is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician (HVAC) to join our facilities operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, inspecting, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems across commercial and residential properties. This role ensures that all systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards, contributing to a comfortable and functional environment for occupants.
Key Responsibilities

Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and related equipment.

Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in heating and cooling systems.

Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity.

Respond promptly to service calls and emergency breakdowns.

Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Maintain accurate service records and maintenance logs.

Collaborate with other maintenance staff and contractors as needed.

Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or replacements when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting methods.

Experience

Minimum 2โ4 years of experience in HVAC maintenance or a similar technical role preferred.

Hands-on experience with commercial or residential HVAC systems is an advantage.

Freshers with relevant technical certifications may also be considered for entry-level positions.
Working Hours

Full-time position

Standard shift: 8โ10 hours per day

May include weekend shifts and on-call availability for emergency repairs
