Job Summary
Consumer Insights is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Market Research Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting market data to help businesses make informed strategic decisions. You will transform complex data into actionable insights that drive product development, marketing strategies, and business growth. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, curious, and passionate about understanding consumer behavior and market trends.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research using surveys, interviews, focus groups, and data analytics tools
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks
Design research methodologies tailored to business objectives and project requirements
Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations summarizing key insights and recommendations
Collaborate with marketing, product, and strategy teams to support decision-making processes
Monitor industry trends and economic factors affecting target markets
Collect and interpret large datasets using statistical tools and software
Ensure accuracy, validity, and reliability of research findings
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, R, Python, or similar platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Understanding of research methodologies and statistical techniques
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Experience
1โ3 years of experience in market research, data analysis, or a related field preferred
Fresh graduates with strong analytical and academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply
Working Hours
Full-time position
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM โ 6:00 PM
Flexible working arrangements may be available depending on project needs

Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights
High proficiency in report writing and data visualization
