Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality online instruction in Business Management courses aligned with university curriculum standards.
Facilitate interactive discussions, case studies, and real-world applications to enhance student learning.
Provide timely grading and constructive feedback on assignments, projects, and assessments.
Support and mentor students to ensure academic success and retention.
Maintain regular communication with students through virtual platforms.
Ensure course content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with current industry trends.
Adhere to academic policies, accreditation standards, and institutional guidelines.
Collaborate with faculty and academic leadership to continuously improve course delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Master’s degree in Business Management, MBA, or a closely related field (Doctorate preferred).
Proven experience in online or higher education teaching.
Strong knowledge of business principles, including leadership, marketing, operations, and strategy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Blackboard, Canvas, or similar platforms.
Ability to engage and motivate students in a virtual learning environment.

Experience

Minimum of 2–5 years of teaching experience in higher education or corporate training.
Prior experience in online instruction or distance learning preferred.
Industry experience in business management or related fields is highly desirable.

Working Hours

Flexible, part-time or adjunct role.
Asynchronous teaching model with weekly deadlines and student engagement requirements.
Availability to respond to student inquiries within 24–48 hours.
