Job Summary
Synergy Consultant is seeking a motivated and results-driven Part-Time Collection Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing outbound and inbound calls to customers regarding outstanding payments, maintaining positive relationships while ensuring timely collections. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to handle sensitive financial discussions with tact and confidence.
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers to remind and follow up on pending payments.

Handle inbound queries related to billing and payment issues.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.

Negotiate payment plans and settlements in line with company policies.

Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards during collection processes.

Escalate complex cases or disputes to the appropriate departments.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

Provide feedback to management regarding recurring customer issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism under pressure.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office tools.

Experience

Working Hours
