MSP Group of Companies is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Relationship Executive to join our growing team. As a key point of contact for clients, you will play a vital role in strengthening customer satisfaction, enhancing brand loyalty, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Address customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Assist in customer retention initiatives and engagement activities.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell company products and services.
Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, email handling).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Experience

Freshers are welcome to apply.
0–2 years of experience in customer service, customer relations, or a similar role is preferred.
Experience in handling clients or working in a service-oriented environment will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

Part-time role with flexible working hours.
Availability for 4–6 hours per day, depending on business requirements.
May include weekend or evening shifts based on operational needs.
