Job Summary

HamlynBio is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Part-Time Data Entry & Cashier Associate to support daily operational and financial activities. This role combines administrative precision with front-facing customer service responsibilities, ensuring accurate data management and smooth transaction handling. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, integrity in handling financial data, and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems and databases.
  • Process cash, card, and digital payments efficiently and securely.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, and maintain transaction records.
  • Reconcile daily cash registers and report discrepancies.
  • Assist customers with billing inquiries and provide courteous service.
  • Maintain organized records of financial and operational data.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and workflow efficiency.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and report generation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in accounting or administration is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and data management systems.
  • Basic understanding of cash handling procedures and financial transactions.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Experience

  • 0โ€“2 years of experience in data entry, cashiering, or administrative roles preferred.
  • Freshers with strong aptitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Part-time role with flexible shifts.
  • Typically 4โ€“6 hours per day, including weekend or evening shifts based on business needs.
