Job Summary
OneTech Associates is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Pharmacy Technician to join our remote Health Hub team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing prescription orders, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting pharmacists in delivering efficient and safe patient care. Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter prescription orders into pharmacy management systems from electronic, faxed, or verbal sources.

Review and verify patient information, medication details, and dosage instructions for completeness and accuracy.

Communicate with pharmacists, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies or clarify prescriptions.

Maintain strict confidentiality of patient health information in compliance with HIPAA and company policies.

Monitor workflow queues to ensure timely processing of orders and adherence to service-level agreements.

Assist in maintaining updated drug databases and documentation records.

Support quality assurance initiatives by identifying and reporting potential errors or inconsistencies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; Pharmacy Technician certification preferred.

Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Familiarity with pharmacy software systems and medical terminology.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

Proficiency in basic computer applications and typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
Experience

Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or in a pharmacy-related role.

Prior experience in order entry, prescription processing, or healthcare data management is highly desirable.
