Prime Property PH is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Licensed Realty Sales Agent to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating property sales, assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process. Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell residential and commercial properties listed under Prime Property PH
Identify and engage potential buyers, sellers, and investors through various marketing channels
Conduct property viewings, open houses, and client meetings
Provide accurate property information, pricing, and market insights to clients
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable outcomes
Prepare and manage necessary documentation for real estate transactions
Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to ensure smooth transactions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated on real estate market trends, regulations, and property values

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must be a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson (PRC accredited or equivalent, if applicable)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Excellent sales and closing abilities
Knowledge of local real estate market trends
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools
Strong organizational and time-management skills

Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales preferred
Fresh licensed agents with strong potential and drive are encouraged to apply

Working Hours

Flexible working schedule
Typically 5–6 days per week, depending on client appointments and property viewings
Weekend availability may be required based on client demand
