Job Summary

HR Talent Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Specialist (BPO/IT) to join our growing talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Information Technology (IT) roles. This role requires a proactive individual with strong sourcing capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Handle bulk hiring for BPO roles and specialized hiring for IT positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate technical interviews.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Meet and exceed hiring targets within defined timelines.
Stay updated with industry trends and best recruitment practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of BPO and IT recruitment processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using job portals and recruitment tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.

Experience

Minimum 1–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in BPO and IT hiring.
Experience in bulk hiring and lateral hiring is highly desirable.

Working Hours

Flexible working hours depending on client requirements.
May involve rotational shifts for BPO hiring support.
5-day working week with occasional weekend support during peak hiring periods.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
Ability to assess candidate suitability effectively.
Knowledge of current hiring trends in BPO and IT industries.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
