Job Summary
St. Jude's Medical is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our hospital care team. Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily medical needs

Support physicians and healthcare teams during examinations, procedures, and treatments

Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation

Observe and report changes in patient conditions to medical staff promptly

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control standards, and safety protocols

Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and health management

Assist in emergency response situations when required

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care planning and recovery
Required Skills and Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing preferred)

Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work in fast-paced hospital environments

Experience

1–3 years of clinical nursing experience preferred

Working Hours

Rotational shifts (Morning / Evening / Night)

8 to 12-hour shifts depending on hospital requirements

Weekend and holiday rotations as per duty schedule
