Key Responsibilities

  • Digitize physical documents through scanning, indexing, and electronic filing systems
  • Review, verify, and organize digital files for accuracy and completeness
  • Provide remote administrative support including data entry, documentation, and record maintenance
  • Maintain document management systems and ensure easy retrieval of information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve digitization processes
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times
  • Generate reports and summaries based on digitized data as required
  • Assist in auditing and quality checks of digitized records

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience
