Job Summary

GALTech School of Technology is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Remote Admissions & AI Program Consultant to support student enrollment processes and provide expert consultation on AI-focused educational programs. This role combines admissions advisory, student engagement, and program guidance, helping prospective learners identify the right learning pathways in artificial intelligence, data science, and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between learners and academic offerings, ensuring a smooth, informed, and engaging admissions experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end remote admissions processes, including inquiry handling, application review, and onboarding support
Guide prospective students on AI, data science, and technology program selection based on their background and goals
Conduct virtual counseling sessions and program consultations via email, chat, and video calls
Maintain accurate records of applicants and admissions status using CRM tools
Collaborate with academic teams to ensure up-to-date program information is communicated effectively
Support lead generation and follow-up with prospective learners in a timely manner
Provide feedback on student queries to improve admissions processes and user experience
Assist in organizing online webinars, information sessions, and virtual open houses

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Computer Science, Business, or related field
Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science fundamentals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with online admissions or student counseling preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset

Experience

1–3 years of experience in admissions, academic counseling, edtech support, or related fields preferred
Freshers with strong knowledge of AI concepts and communication skills may also be considered

Working Hours

Fully remote position
Flexible working hours with expected availability for student engagement sessions
Approx. 5–8 hours per day depending on workload and admissions cycles
Occasional weekend availability for webinars or peak admission periods

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Understanding of AI, ML, and modern technology education trends
Ability to explain technical programs in simple, student-friendly language
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in digital tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, CRM platforms)
Ability to handle multiple student inquiries simultaneously
High level of empathy and student-focused approach
