Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Remote Call Center Representative to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and efficiency
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Document all customer interactions in the system with attention to detail
  • Follow call scripts and communication guidelines while maintaining a natural conversation flow
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
  • Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal and active listening abilities
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems

Experience
