Job Summary

IT Sight Technologies is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Clinical Psychologist to provide high-quality mental health support within a private practice framework. This role involves delivering evidence-based psychological services to a diverse client population while working remotely in a flexible, technology-enabled environment. The ideal candidate will be experienced in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions, and will be comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Deliver individual, couple, or group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, or psychodynamic therapy.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to clients’ needs and goals.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when required.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, counselors, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Offer guidance and psychoeducation to clients and their families.
  • Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to ensure seamless remote care delivery.
  • Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in clinical psychology.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field.
  • Valid license or registration to practice as a Clinical Psychologist (as per local regulatory requirements).
  • Strong understanding of psychological theories, assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills.
  • Proficiency in telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems.

Experience

  • Minimum 2–5 years of clinical experience in a therapeutic or counseling setting.

Working Hours
