Job Summary
Osmosis, an Elsevier company, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Course Developer – Medical Education to design, develop, and enhance high-quality digital learning experiences for medical and healthcare learners worldwide. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and multimedia teams to create engaging, evidence-based educational content aligned with current medical standards and learner needs. Key Responsibilities

Design and develop comprehensive medical education courses, including video scripts, assessments, and interactive learning materials.

Collaborate with physicians, educators, and content experts to ensure clinical accuracy and relevance.

Apply instructional design principles to create engaging and learner-centered content.

Review and update existing course materials to align with the latest clinical guidelines and educational standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Life Sciences, Medical Education, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

Strong understanding of medical concepts, terminology, and clinical practices.

Proven experience in curriculum development or instructional design, preferably in healthcare education.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Experience
