Key Responsibilities

Design and develop comprehensive STEM curriculum content, including lesson plans, assessments, and instructional resources.
Align curriculum with international academic standards and learning objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as educators, content creators, and platform developers.
Review and update existing curriculum materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and engagement.
Incorporate multimedia elements such as videos, interactive exercises, and real-world applications.
Conduct research to stay updated on current trends in STEM education and pedagogy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, STEM fields, Curriculum Development, or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of STEM concepts across K–12 or higher education levels.
Proven experience in curriculum design or instructional content development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with digital learning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learning audiences.
Strong organizational and project management skills.

Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in curriculum development, teaching, or educational content creation.
Prior experience working in online or remote education environments is preferred.
Experience with global or international curriculum standards is an advantage.
