Job Description

Job Summary

TrustCare Services is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Engagement Partner to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary connection between our organization and our customers, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, building long-term client relationships, and supporting business growth through meaningful engagement. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while collaborating with a dynamic and supportive team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer support through email, chat, phone, and online communication channels.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve complaints effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM systems and internal databases.
  • Follow up with customers regarding ongoing service requests or unresolved concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, operations, and technical support to resolve customer issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and contribute ideas for process improvements.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, customer satisfaction, and service quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma, associate degree, or bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and customer support platforms.
  • Comfortable using CRM software, live chat systems, and collaboration tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Customer-first mindset with a professional and positive attitude.

Experience

  • 1โ€“3 years of experience in customer service, customer engagement, client support, call center operations, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience working in remote or virtual team environments is an advantage.
  • Previous experience with CRM systems and digital communication platforms is highly desirable.

Working Hours

  • Full-Time or Part-Time opportunities available.
  • Flexible scheduling based on business requirements.
  • May include weekday, weekend, or evening shifts depending on customer support coverage.
  • Standard work schedule ranges from 20โ€“40 hours per week.
