Job Summary

ConnectBridge Support is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Remote Customer Support Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and resolving inquiries efficiently. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers.

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and customer support tools.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1โ€“2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or support roles.
