BrightConnect Services is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Remote Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. As a key point of contact for customers, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets, including response time and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Continuously update knowledge of company offerings and customer service best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a positive and empathetic attitude.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is an advantage.

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Prior experience in customer service, call center, or support roles is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in remote work environments will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts, including day and night rotations.
  • 5–6 working days per week depending on business requirements.
  • Weekend availability may be required.
